Ive been with Meadows surgery for many years and cannot fault them, yes sometimes you cannot get an appointment but i find the E-Consult works better for me if its not urgent.

I cannot fault The Meadow’s specifically regarding the relatively new “E-consult”. We have all had to get used to doing things differently since the Pandemic but the E-consult system seems to work very smoothly. It’s easy to use. I’d encourage anyone to give it a try.

The communication at this surgery is the best I've experienced. We've recently moved to BH and it's been fantastic. They encourage us to use the econsult form which I've used multiple times for myself and two kids and they respond very quickly (same day, typically within the hour) Txt message appointment booking if needed after that. Proactive phone calls to help book or find quicker appointments and the staff are very friendly. Very happy.

Cannot fault this surgery, been with them since birth and feel like they’ve only improved further since lockdown. The e-consult system they put in place during lockdown has made my life as a full time worker so much easier and means I can access appointments within my workplace! Receptionist are always kind on the phone and do their best to accommodate, when I was super poorly a few months back I rang at 3pm and they had me in and seen by 4pm! The nurses who work with contraceptive are approachable, informative and make you feel at ease! Georgia the physio made me feel heard for the first time in years after being messed about by the hospital! So thankful for all the doctors and staff here!

I've only been at the surgery a month and the appointments I've had, the doctors have been amazing, so friendly, patient and welcoming. I went in feeling very anxious and came out feeling good. I've had 2 different doctors surgeries which have failed me but I feel I'm finally getting somewhere now

Receptionist always helpful. Clean and well maintained. Medical staff are friendly. Dedicated parking, although sometimes hijacked by shoppers from nearby Tesco Express.

Turned up at 08:50 for my 09:00 blood test this morning and I was seen, blood taken and out the door by 08:57. Brilliant service, thank you! The lady doing bloods was lovely too.

In the last two years I have never got through at 8:30 - 8:45, with a 'today' appointment. Then you are treated with rudeness. Ive only ever been seen on nurse who actually tried to resolve issues and thought of everything and that was Triage.
The phone call doctor I had last week was rude, didn't check my history and when he finally did actually did what a and e asked.
Worst docs I have ever known...
