Beautiful hotel in a perfect location ample reasonably priced parking across the road at G live.
The rooms were lovely and clean, we were given an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious.
There was a great selection at breakfast and the food was tasty.The bar area was bright and very modern. A lady checked us in named Scarlet she was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. We were given complimentary brownies on arrival and shown to our room.
I will definitely return.

This was our second time staying at the Mandolay Hotel. We took our friends with us as we had such a great time the 1st time we stayed. The hotel is lovely. The staff are so friendly and attentive to any needs and the bar area and food was great. We were given an upgrade which was so kind of them. The room was beautiful I couldn’t believe it. It definitely made our stay extra special. Also Scarlet and another lady (sorry i didn’t get a name) on front desk was so lovely and friendly and very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mandolay in Guildford! The staff were exceptional, especially Joyce at reception (speaks english, mandarin and cantonese), very nice and helpful, ensured all our needs were met. Fatemeh from the restaurant was also fantastic, providing excellent service with a friendly and attentive attitude. The hotel offers a room perfect for 3 people, which was ideal for me and my parents. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and family-friendly accommodations! Would definitely return!

Stayed there overnight last weekend for a concert .They have a really nice bar and the hotel is really cosy and welcoming plus lovely decor. Had a good evening meal there on Sat night and without exception all staff were lovely even if it was pretty busy. Shout out to the 2 English and Spanish bartenders on Sat night, the Eastern European girl on the bar Sat pm and the lovely Asian guy at reception with the glasses and the nice waiter with a tied up Afro- didn't get names but all were great. Really enjoyed the ambience and will come back next year. Only negative was the room although comfy was a bit small and the bathroom also but maybe that was just our room.

Festive afternoon tea for 6 for a friend’s hen do. |It was quiet when we visited at Twixmas on a Saturday lunch time. |Service was prompt and attentive. Scones were very nice and homemade I believe. Clotted cream was pleasingly generous. Cakes were nice, not sure if they were home made or not. |One person wanted different food so in advance they confirmed he could order off the a la carte restaurant menu.|Ela was our main sever and was particularly friendly and helpful. Thank you also to Callum and chef Adrian.

Very lovely stay. We were greeted very professionally by Scarlet and instantly made us feel welcome. We had a very pleasant upgrade surprise thanks to Scarlet which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Bar staff were very pleasant also.
Many thanks to the Mandolay Hotel and we will certainly be returning.

Just to say a huge thank you to Scarlett and Ash for looking after my son’s passport that he had left at the hotel a week ago. It only became apparent to our son today when he tried to look for it. I phoned the hotel and they confirmed they had been looking after it for a week and tried all efforts to track him down to return it. The staff at the hotel are so lovely and friendly and will certainly be recommending the bar and hotel to all family and friends. Thank you so much again 🙏😊

Lovely room, really comfy bed and pillows. Brilliant service from staff in the bar and at breakfast. Fatemeh was incredibly welcoming and helpful in particular at breakfast. Lots of amenities in the room, especially the provided clothes steamer. Highly recommend a stay here!
