If I could leave zero stars I would.
Beyond disappointed with the service I received. Having done TWO e-consults to no avail I phoned to try and book an appointment, my call was answered by the rudest receptionist I have ever come across, responding to my simple and polite request with sarcastic and blatantly rude remarks.
Absolutely disgusted with this behaviour from someone who is supposed to be a 'care provider' .

Shocking surgery, very awkward and obnoxious reception team - especially a woman called Julie. (sorry - care navigators 🙄 - ironic)
You cannot call for a doctors appt - have to submit an e consult online and wait 24 hours to receive a call back - how do those who cannot use or access a computer manage?!
If you’re lucky you may get an appointment but unlikely. When doctor does eventually call, expect a short abrupt phone call with limited advice or support.
Also useless with mental health issues - “keep taking the medication” is their view.
Appalling practice - their main advice is to call 111? Moving to another local surgery as a result of repeated bad experiences.

Ive just been trying to get some medication for a chest infection following Covid, after waiting approximately 20 minutes in a phone queue was directed to an online platform which i now believe will be the norm, once i was able to get on it the questions were mainly irrelevant to my symptoms and could have been sorted out so easily on the phone without an appointment, i was told that there was only one doctor for the whole area in today, normally four for the whole area, can you believe it, my elderly parents would not be able to access this system, don't get ill, don't get old is the answer. shocking and very concerning for all

Being third in the queue at 8.03 on Friday morning I was told I couldn’t book an appointment or a telephone appointment NOTHING AVAILABLE but should do an e-consult. I explained I only needed a telephone appointment as required antibiotics for a recurring medical problem. Felt terrible but not listened to.Told I might get a telephone appointment later today long as I phoned back again at 1pm. Felt considerably worse by 11.30 am and telephoned again to be given the same info. Eventually at 1pm was told a doc would contact me. Waited until after 4.30 pm! Have left the practice as service is appalling!

After speaking to a rude receptionist called Julie and being first in the queue at 8am we were told we cannot book an appointment or a telephone appointment but have to do an e-consult and MAY get an appointment today. Please explain to me the point of a telephone line if none of the staff can book appointments, apparently it is now the doctors that book their own appointments through the e-consult what an absolute joke.

The arrogant and rude so called care navigators are the problem here. Most of the doctors that I have seen over 20 years are actually ok.

Having not always had the best experience I have to say today's experience was excellent. Used the e consult service at approximately 9am and had an email advising of an appointment in Lavenham at 11.55am. Lavenham's waiting area has been cleared of outdated info and the reception area has been moved to the foyer so a bit of privacy from the waiting area. Previously its always felt like the Mary Celeste with no other patients but today it actually felt like a surgery with activity and people. Hopefully this much more efficient service will continue 🙏
