9th Jan - 10th Jan. spent the night here for surgery on my knee . I have used this hospital for the last 30 years and it never disappoints. Staff as always treat you so well . I had a lovely young lady called Hana check me in and make sure all was fine . Through the night I had a wonderful lady from Nepal called Pretti. She was fantastic. She had to deal with a broken machine for my knee at 2am in the morning. She was excellent. Also Lucia was lovely . On my exit Lola was wonderful and gave me all the details I needed . Food was lovely . All in all another lovely stay.

I have been seeing Anna in the physio team for over a year now due to multiple injuries (one after the other). She is extremely knowledgeable, has an excellent “duty of care” attitude towards her patients and is very easy to talk to. She never pushes me beyond what I’m capable of and comfortable with, regarding pain management. I cannot recommend Anna enough. An excellent hand therapist!

The theater staff provided an exceptional experience, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and care. A special shoutout to Sonia (I believe that was her name), whose kindness and empathy truly stood out. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, creating a reassuring and calming atmosphere. Her professionalism and genuine concern made a significant difference in my experience. I truly appreciate her dedication and the outstanding service provided by the entire team.

I am extremely satisfied with the way this medical service was provided to me. Bearing in mind my experience of the previous months meeting with uncertain consultants, this time I found a clinic and staff who discreetly and decisively arranged and carried out the operation. Several things should be noted: the coordination of the operational staff, the friendly but courteous tone of communication, the methodical but calm approach to their duties, and the relaxed atmosphere in the clinical wards.

I’ve had numerous appointments with consultants here as well as test diagnostics and it always went very smooth and good quality of doctors.

I now also came in for a surgery in the inpatient department. I received great service ahead of the surgery, when being escorted to my room and settling there, prepped for surgery and brought to the theatre. Nurses Elisabeth and Manisha were very caring and supportive, Elisabeth was very kind and provided great support throughout! Jeff who prepped me for the surgery was very professional and also helped calming down my nerves. I felt very comfortable with them taking care of me. My gratitude goes out to them!!

What worked less well was that the consultants only come in for the surgery so that I was not informed on how exactly the surgery went, and the discussion on the anaesthetic was rushed and the anaesthesia was too strong for me, especially for a day surgery, so I had difficulty recovering quickly .

I broke my knee (tibia spin) skiing and had a surgery to rebuild it a year ago. My Doctor (Amer Khan) post surgery recommended Alberto Valdivieso to run my physiotherapy sessions for the following 9 months and it worked out perfectly. Alberto really pushed me into doing all the exercises regularly and has made me a regular attendant in my local gym. The recovery went very well and I'm now in a better shape than before the accident and surgery, which is something I thought I wouldn't be able to say. Thank you very much Alberto for all the effort and for pushing me back into good shape!

You were knowledgeable, answered all my questions clearly, and am recovering well. For the first time in years, I do not have pelvic pain. I cannot thank you enough.
