My family and I have never had anything but excellent service from Lodge Surgery. The staff, from receptionists to doctors, are always helpful, always listen and make every effort to get us an appointment asap, even if just a phone call appointment to start. When our daughter was born almost 3 years ago, we found that every little issue we had was taken seriously and got an appointment on the day every single time. Incredible surgery, we are very lucky to be registered there!

I have been with this surgery since 1994. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great service and helpful receptionists and unlike other G.P surgeries, you can get an appointment when needed. It is so lovely to have had long term G.P's who know me ( and my parents and siblings)

I had an unexpected health scare last week, and, although I was not yet registered, they kindly saw me as an emergency.

My sincere thanks to the amazing reception person who facilitated the consultation, and to the wonderful doctor who saw me; it was such a caring and thorough consultation, and I received a prescription to head of the potentially life-threatening condition immediately following the consultation.

I registered the same day and am now undergoing ongoing tests and monitoring to better understand and treat my condition.

I am so grateful and very impressed.

We have been with this surgery since 1995 and have no complaints. I had an unexpected call from a doctor the other day to check on my medication. A couple of days later my husband was asked to submit blood pressure reading for a checkup. I cannot fault them.

The nurse, Amanda Watts is absolutely lovely! Put me at ease with my smear test and was genuinely caring. Thank you!!

Goes above and beyond. She really makes the surgery a great place and is a credit to the lodge. I have been at this surgery for over twenty years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The doctors are phenomenal and overall this surgery is definitely a 5*

Extremely rude reception staff. Always belittling my partner and horrible to deal with every time we call up. Some of the nurses are despicable, personally I think their behaviour is disgusting. I’ve raised complaints in the past and they didn’t even bother to respond. Avoid at all costs.
