I have been attending the clinic for a few months now to see Jen for acupuncture. Jen is wonderful, kind, compassionate and understanding. Since attending I’m feeling much calmer and more in control of my feelings and emotions. Jen and all the team at the clinic do a fantastic job and I’d not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The Yoga Studio downstairs is a magical place to meditate, relax, enjoy sound bathing and for yoga. It is cozy and warm. I attended a series of classes with Julia Ann Barnard in the Fall. This space is perfect for an intimate Yoga group.

Went for my first ever time today as been suffering with back pain. What a little treasure this place is. From jo at reception to Jen who gave me the most wonderful treatment and was so thorough and caring it was 5 star. The cost is so reasonable too you would pay so much more elsewhere.
I have booked 2 more sessions already and think I may be a regular fixture! Have recommended to friends already and I only left an hour ago!

Sanka and had a massage. I have had many massages over the years by professionals for aches and pains but NOTHING like this....I literally feel like a new woman! Booked back in for 2 weeks time with him and already cannot wait ! ?
