I recently had an excellent experience at Lister Hospital. The care was outstanding, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. My room was enormous and incredibly comfortable, making the stay feel more like a retreat than a hospital. The staff and care team were attentive, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed. My consultant was absolutely brilliant, providing expert care and clear communication. Even the food was delicious— Strangely, I almost wish I could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

Lister hospital is really good. The service was top notch. Staff are great, welcoming with a smile on their face at reception. The nurses and doctors were also super kind. The nurses made sure every small details were checked twice. I feel like i have been very well looked after. I had 2 procedures under GA and honestly everyone was so nice. The room was clean with a nice view of the bridge. Excellent choice of food. felt safe and in good hands. Thanks to everyone at Lister Hospital Chelsea

Had an operation here yesterday, all the staff are amazing, kind and very helpful, everything was explained to me in terms of what was happening next, who was coming in to see me, I was very anxious before my operation but was reassured by staff and made very comfortable:)

I am vegan and there were multiple vegan options which was very lovely

Brilliant, caring, very kind, polite, intelligent and attentive staff. Excellent level of care and wonderful attention to every detail. Very much worth choosing this hospital for your care, they will look after you in the best way possible. They answered all my questions and did everything they could to make my visit as comfortable and reassured as possible. I thank all their staff for all their help and care.

My New Adventure

This place is incredible. Staff are friendly professional and kind. The facilities are spotless and services are really good. I had a CT with contrast and was super nervous both the team members were outstanding in making me feel super calm and they were very patient with me. Highly recommend this hospital definitely worth the 5 stars

This was my third visit to the Liter Hospital. Each time I have been met with the same courteous behaviour from everyone, the ‘back room’ people have helped me when I needed them, without delay or cross looks, I can help myself to a really hot drink from a good machine in a recyclable but taste-worthy mug, and I am happy to go there. And it is clean! Basically, I like the atmosphere there.

Fantastic medical professionals - although I don’t think that we have ever been seen within 30 minutes of a scheduled appointment - even for the first appointment of the day. The organisational skills of the administrators scheduling the appointments let the organisation down.
