The life rooms in itself is ok and clearly helps people. The cafe however is and has always been dire. The ( not so lovely) Jo today served me. Absolutely no interest in job with little to no social skills and anger issues when I added a coffee onto order. On a very serious note this needs reviewing!!!!

Thank you Ann Marie. Your boss is a bully, I feel so rubbish after that visit. I won't come back to life rooms again. There are no bereavement services in sefton - I know that with 100% certainty. The service the feel good factory offer is not what you think it is. I will not bother you again. Your boss is not a nice and serverly depressed me. I won't bother you again. Kind regards Ron: "WE DON'T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS - WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS!" - your boss is in the wrong job.

I came to this place for help as I was really struggling!
After a few times at this center the staff seemed really nice and I put my trust in them (big mistake) I'm disgusted! Also devastated! That a place like this could tell LIES to the police, have my daughter ill with worry also my ADHD & Autistic Son frantic thinking his mother had done something to herself this was back in January & only feel able to do something about it now.

This is only the first steo!

It's got lovely friendly staff most of whom have had and still suffer mental illness it's a safe space and although it's n.h.s it's non-clinical. It has plenty of thing like the recovery college, peer support workers who you can speak to, it has pathways advisors free computers and a small library and cafe
