Very good practice, the receptionists and GP are just lovely and professional .
The gentleman receptionist goes above and beyond (I forgot his name) I am so happy with the surgery. I have moved after having had a bad experience with my last practice. I’ve been attending this practice for the past 6 months. Sometimes is difficult to get appointments but it’s all worth the wait . The online system also gives you option for private services which is great . I’m really happy to be a patient at this practice.

I have a complex medical condition and was quite unwell. I saw Dr Olga Michail. She was very professional, understanding, thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She examined me thoroughly, ordered thr required tests and imaging etc, and arranged all the follow up appointments. Well done Dr Olga. A great future as a GP beckons for you. BTW its not always that the Law Medical Practice gets it right. I have had some frustrating experiences especially with the receptionist on the phone and with the odd nurse. Thanks Dr Olga and the Law Medical Group.

This has been my GP for over 9 years.
Negative: Previously issues getting in contact with the GP, long call wait times and unavailability of appointments.
Positive: they have a new and improved way to contact the GP; via e-consult online via their website. it is always reviewed within a stated time scale and the doctor often contacts you sooner to resolve your issue or arrange your appointment. Also, when you call, there’s an option for the reception to call you back holding your place in the queue.
Recent negative experience with the pharmacist Miss Vigneswaran regarding a sick note. She was very rude and unhelpful. I have been advised that she was a loccum so presume her attitude was down to her lack of knowledge and inability to communicate the same in a professional manner. Every other doctor or Clinician has been really helpful, professional and Handled me with care.

Sometimes there are problems getting an appointment but overall, the doctors and nurses are very good.

Last week, my husband and I saw a doctor at the practice; she told us she was new within the last month. She was amazing in every way (we were seen on a joint appointment); we were felt really valued and listened to with our thoughts and questions. We hope she stays forever! 😁

I can’t praise the Reception & Medical Teams enough! The former are always professional, helpful and follow up with call backs, emails and text messages when they say they will! The latter are always knowledgeable, thorough and reassuring! The Practice runs smoothly, is organised and has a welcoming atmosphere. I feel fortunate to have a local medical practice that is contactable, bookable and easily accessible, be it for adult tests, routine vaccinations or paediatric appointments. Thank you!!

Very very very bad GP
Poor service always.
I phoned many time to them they never have an appointment available. I took my son 3 times to the hospital because this GP never available and when they have appointment is for the next 2 months. Also online appointments is for the next 4 or 5 days. How come, if you are not feeling well?

Dr Pakinathan and Dr Ahmed Sara are amazing. They are very courteous and want the best for their patients; doing their best to expedite referrals etc. I can not speak for the rest of the doctors or the reception staff, only them.
