The Laser Lounge is absolutely fantastic! Both Nikki and Anna are amazing – always so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel incredibly comfortable and take such great care in everything they do. They explain the laser process thoroughly, so you're well-informed and know exactly what to expect. Most importantly, the treatment really gets results! The clinic itself is so comfortable and exceptionally clean, creating the perfect environment. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I approached The Laser Lounge after it was recommended to me by a friend. I had had facial ‘IPL’ previously elsewhere, but unfortunately it made my hair growth and thickness even worse, and my friend told me that I had to try this place as their machine was the best in Hereford for actual hair removal. Before this, I was at the point where I was having to get rid of my facial hair every 3 days and I was so self conscious of my appearance due to this. After just 1 session of laser removal with The Laser Lounge, I noticed such a huge difference, and I no longer needed to touch my facial hair! I am now half way through my course and I couldn’t be happier, I have regained some of my lost confidence and I am so grateful for this. The improvement is more than I’d hoped for, and I still have 3 sessions left. I could not recommend The Laser Lounge enough!! Thank you ?

Nikki really knows what she is doing, she is super professional whilst also making you feel so comfortable in her space, it’s like chatting with a friend. The Laser Lounge in Hereford is a fantastic new clinic space run by the fabulous Nikki. I have never had any laser treatment before and thought I would give it a go on recommendation. The clinic is a beautiful and immaculate space. Nikki is super friendly and made me feel relaxed from the offset. Wow! The Laser Lounge in Hereford is fabulous, from the moment you pull onto the car park you are warmly welcomed by Nikki, the treatment room is beautiful, it’s impeccably clean, stylishly decorated and very modern. After a cup of tea and a chat Nikki began my treatment, we was professional, caring and warm. She clearly knew what she was doing explaining every step of my treatment. Having used other salons previously for hair removal Nikki and The Laser Lounge Hereford are miles ahead. Her machine is the very best you can buy and my results show this. Her aftercare was thorough and she has contacted me since my treatment to make sure i am completely happy. Nikki is a perfectionist and this shows. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Hereford’s definitely lucky to have Nikki and the wonderful Candela machine!

After having wanted to try laser hair removal for a while, I visited Nikki @ The Laser Lounge on a recommendation. 10/10 service from the get go! Nikki is wonderful and friendly, evidently knowledgable and put me at ease straight away. The clinic space is beautiful and professional. The results I’ve had so far (on my 3rd underarm session) have been phenomenal, and I can’t wait to continue with the treatments - legs next!
