I was able to secure an appointment at very short notice which was invaluable. The reception area was welcoming. My appointment was with Jack who was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring. He arranged an x-ray as well as giving me a prescription for immediate use.

For a Covid issue, I booked an online appointment with Dr Ogden 5 days ahead. However, the Lagom clinic found space to fit me in the same day. Had 30m consultation with Jack, very empathetic, reassured me and recommended course of action. Then followed up with an email having additionally sought a consultant virologist's opinion. Awaiting PCR test kit and results.

Dr Jack Ogden was very professional and thorough. Before my appointment I was anxious as I don’t tend to like going to doctors. When the appointment began Jack made me feel at ease and in good hands. He answered all my questions and explained what was the issue in a calming way that made me feel relieved after the appointment was over. Would come back when dealing with any future issues 🙂

I had a surgery yesterday, dr jack Ogden removed from my skin a dematofribroma in between my breast in a very delicate place .
I was very satisfied wih his work both technically and psychologically.
