I decided to book testing with the Ki Clinic after suffering from severe eczema and getting told to continuously use steroid cream which only masks the problem.

After initial thorough testing, I have been put on a 8-10 week diet and after dried blood analysis, I have been put on a liver cleansing programme. This was a really good start in order to fix myself internally to then get rid of the external skin issues.

Mark was professional and highly knowledgeable, providing lots of reassuring advice. The food intolerance/sensitivity test was amazing and has given me a clear plan to work with. Had been struggling with a lot of abdominal pain, had multiple tests which all came back normal. GP couldnt really help or help me to understand what the pain was. Mark is very personable and was extremely thorough with my test results. It's too early to say whether or not the impact will eliminate my problems, but following his advice for 3 months will certainly tell me! I had my appointment with the Ki Clinic 3 weeks ago and I am 3 weeks into the treatment. It is going to take some time and effort to put things right in my gut but at least now, I have a plan of action.

Mark spent a log time getting to understand my symptoms and then used this information to administer a test.

I have had a food tolerance test a while back and I already knew how valuable they were. However, the understanding of what was happening to my digestive system and what I was deficient in and how it was fixable was made very clear to me and the science, was made understandable to my layman ears.

It isn't cheap but if it works it will be money well spent to give me back a little bit of control over my life.

In the three weeks since, I have felt less bloated, and have had less acid reflux and bile attacks.

The treatment is better than just a food test as the treatment plan should allow my gut to return to normal and allow me to reintroduce the many foods, I must now avoid.

I am adament I made the right choice in choosing the Ki clinic and thank MArk for his advice and excellent service.
