I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. I recently visited for a re-root canal treatment, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

A special mention must go to Dr. Marcus, who made this all possible. Not only did he recommend Dr. Lorenzo for the re-root canal but he also carefully reviewed my X-rays from London and organised my treatment with meticulous attention to detail. His involvement gave me so much confidence that I was receiving the best possible care, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless.

Dr. Lorenzo was also incredible. His expertise, precision, and reassuring demeanor made the procedure entirely stress-free. He explained every step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout. The dental nurses were equally fantastic—warm, welcoming, and attentive.

This practice is so exceptional that it was absolutely worth traveling from London for my appointment. Thank you to everyone at the practice for going the extra mile, cannot recommend you all enough!

First visit. They were very welcoming and understanding as I was pretty nervous about my appointment. The reception/waiting area has a relaxing vibe to it, which helped settle my nerves. My clinicians Solo & Carpi were fully aware of my anxiety disorder and made me feel comfortable, and patiently talked through everything with me. I feel confident to go back there for future appointments.

The Hub Dental Practice is, all in all, the best dental practice I've ever used. I've needed fillings, crowns, and cleaning over the years and have always been impressed with the results. My recent visit was for a filling replacement and, although no one likes such an experience, my dentist (Dr. Veronica, ably supported by her friendly assistant Khushi) was so skilled and and deft that when it was over I couldn't believe how easy she had made it seem. If all dentists were as considerate and careful as that then I'm sure a lot of people would dread their trips to the dentist a lot less. 10/10 from one very happy patient.

Without a doubt the best dentist I have been to! I had put off a complex extraction for too long - the team were great start to finish but the dentist performing the extraction was absolutely excellent, so calm, explaining the perfect amount and checking I was ok! He had the roots out much much faster than I was expecting and without any pain at all! Only wish I could give more stars and that I had gone sooner! Thank you!!

This is my first ever review but I feel It is important to explain our experience. My fiancé who is in the last few weeks of her pregnancy made an appointment with this dental practice and the first visit was good. We paid a £100 deposit for the follow up appointment a few days later. Being over an hour and half away from the practice we made sure we left in good time. Unfortunately due to traffic and an accident on our route, we were running 6 minutes late and received a call from the practice asking for the ETA. We explained we were 6 minutes away and the response was “ i will check with the dentist to see if you can still be seen”. With now being 4 minutes away, my fiancé had a call from the practice to say that she could not be see as it would have been “half way through the appointment”. Their compromise was for us to pay an additional £100 to be seen later that day but lose our original deposit. I understand we were running late but given the circumstances I would have assumed that an alternative compromise could’ve been issued so we wouldn’t lose our deposit or appointment.

Excellent!! Got same day emergency appointment, very friendly staff. The Dentist Aatiqa was really nice, explained everything very well and Amy the nurse was also excellent.
Got exactly the treatment I hoped for with a follow on plan. Highly recommended..

A thoroughly professional service from start to finish. I was quickly booked in for emergency treatment and all the options were presented to me. I was not pressured into picking a particular treatment but was given all of the facts to make my own decision. Solaiman and Hamza provided excellent treatment throughout my 45 minute procedure and I felt totally at ease as the whole procedure was explained to me. Thoroughly recommended.

I was so scared to go to to the dentist, that for the last six years I always avoid to go, until recently when I broke a tooth and I needed to go. As soon as I'm arrived to the place The dentist Veronica, realised that I was very anxious, but she was able to make me feel safe, and she spent the right amount of time in explaining what was needed, and the process. She has done an amazing job, with the reconstruction of my tooth, and the process was painless. Thanks to her now I feel more comfortable and confident, and definitely I'll go more often to try to avoid future trouble, and she also made a plan for the future to be able to keep things under control!! Also the nurse were very friendly.
