I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in my knee replacement surgery. From the very beginning ,the girls on reception made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for what would be an incredible experience.

The nursing staff, with their kindness, attention for detail and their constant reassurance made me feel supported every step of the way.

A special thank you to my surgeon Mr Simon Pearce. His expertise and care not only gave me a new knee but restored my quality of life.I truly appreciate his patience in explaining the procedure and his skill in iexecuting it so successfully.I am already seeing the benefits and feel so much better.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart

Had two sessions regarding back pain where I was given a couple of basic exercises to do. After 5 weeks they followed up with a questionaire. My GP sent me for X-rays and MRI. Results were sent to Horder and they washed their hands of my serious issues. GP has sorted out the pain relief as it is a de-generative condition but they keep sending requests for their survey when they have done absolutely zilch. My GP did a great job - Horder Centre turned their back on me.

All of the staff put you at ease from beginning to the end.
Nothing is too much trouble and the cleanliness is out of this world.
if you are offered the choice between having a procedure carried out here as apposed to the NHS I would choose The Horder Centre every time.

Total knee replacement 15th July 2024. Whole experience from start to finish was excellent all staff were friendly and Nothing was too much trouble. Mr Anderberg explained every step I could expect and gave me confidence all would go well and it did. Much better experience than my first knee replacement without doubt (Done elsewhere). Six weeks and I am signed off as all going well. Big thankyou all round
