I initially got in touch with Colette to help curb sugar cravings. But after the 3 sessions that I had with her I started to look at things from a totally different perspective. She made me realise that I put too much pressure on myself in most areas of my life. I left the sessions being more mindful in what I chose to eat. Since my sessions with Colette I have joined an 8 week online health and fitness programme which I am really enjoying. Thank you so much Colette for being so lovely, kind and understanding.
