I had an outstanding experience with the referrals team at Hollie Surgery. From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. They promptly coordinated my referral to a specialist, and I was kept informed throughout the entire process.

The staff showed a genuine concern for my well-being, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The seamless communication between the surgery and the specialist's office made the whole experience stress-free.

I highly recommend the Hollie Surgery referrals team to anyone needing a quick and efficient referral process. Thank you for your excellent service!

Was starting to have problems with my asthma, and like most men left it til it got worse. Rang the. surgery in the morning but they were very busy and requested call back . Got the call back a little later but no appointments available, was told I'd get a call between 6 and 8 the same day. Sure enough at 7.30 got the call from the Doctor, She was helpful and thorough, listened to what I had to say and I believe probably kept me out of hospital by arranging some emergency meds. Cant thank the staff enough for their help and support when needed.

Not great. Receptionists must be given too much work to do because getting through is a struggle. Government need to rethink this 8am booking scheme

The surgery opens at 8am, every time I ring them at 8am on the dot, I wait in the queue for nearly an hour only to be told there is no appointments. You are better off calling 111. I feel sorry for the receptionists, they probably feel the rath of every single person who has been waiting for hours on the phone to book an appointment.

It is definitely the worst GP I have ever been to. Unfortunately they only serve the area where you live. But it is a terrible service, there is not even a number to qualify this GP. They never even send you letters of the controls you have by right. I don't know why it's already open if they don't like to tend to patients. I have had to request medical appointments on 4 occasions, on the first they sent me to a private optician that I had to pay for. In the second they told me to go with my children to the Pharmacy because they had some respect for my children. When my daughter had a throat infection and she needed an antibiotic. Me because I called the other day after speaking with the supposed doctor on the phone and I had to speak loudly to them to make an appointment. And they gave it to me for the next day. Another that I need an appointment for another day and according to them it must be requested the same day. But it turns out that when you call at 8am to make an appointment you need to wait 1 hour and a half for the call to be answered so that the receptionist tells you that the doctor does not treat you like what happened to me with my children. Terrible service and in the Dentistry service that does not give an appointment either. What is this open for?. In other GPs they even give you the option of making your appointment online. And if you call, they will give you another day. Bad service they should close this site.
