I had the pleasure of experiencing Yvonne’s Holistic Hub and her Bowen Technique treatment, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the views were amazing and the room had a very calming presence. Yvonne’s expertise and intuitive approach made all the difference.
The treatment itself was gentle yet incredibly effective; I felt a significant release of tension and improved posture immediately afterwards.
Yvonne took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session to my needs and even realised I had had a different more recent injury to the one I actually went in for.

If you’re looking for a new treatment because all the others you’ve tried do not work, then I can 100% recommend Yvonne’s Bowen Technique, as is really does work.

I have received a range of treatments from Yvonne over the past year and I can't recommend her enough. Yvonne is a warm and welcoming lady who listens and advises on what path is most beneficial.
Having attended Yvonne's mindfulness class and also the calm for Christmas last year, I feel I now have been provided with the tools for a calmer mind.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yvonne and her treatments/classes to anyone.

Yvonne is a very enthusiastic, informative and skilled practitioner.
I always feel much better in body and mind for a visit to here and can only eulogize about the benefits of Bowen Therapy to me as practiced by Yvonne. Everybody should try / embrace bowen!
