Fantastic golf course, picturesque greens, and fairways. State of the art range to practice your game. The clubhouse/restaurant is super modern and spotlessly clean. The food was really tasty and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Great Top tracer driving range equipment with all the golf simulators. Great course and super well looked after. Friendly staff and extremely welcoming.

It’s a great course and at the moment the greens are perfect. The tee boxes have just been scarified and sanded, the roughs are not too bad. In winter the fairways get soggy but perfect right now. The geese poo on the greens just to mess you up!

Excellent course (fair value in the week at £35 a round) greens are pretty slow for this stage of summer, although July has been wet, I think they were watered as they were particularly spongey. The course is challenging enough, a few birdie chances on the par 3s and one short par 5 in particular. Back nine seems a bit tighter off the tee than the front.

Restaurant food was very high quality and different to what you would expect at a Golf club. Very much enjoyed the sharing plates we ate afterwards and kudos to the Portugese manager who was great.

Keen to play on the weekend, but tee times on website not very clear.

We are really beginners and casual players. We played in the driving range for a few times. Screens and bench available in all bays, staff are friendly, bays are more spacious comparing to other clubs. We enjoy playing here and feel less pressure than in other clubs.

We recently had a meal & some drinks at The Hertsmere.
The service was great & the food lovely.

Aimee who welcomed us into the venue was amazing with her service, her attention to detail was great & she really made us feel welcome. Nothing we asked was too much trouble for her.

Aimee is a great asset to the venue.

We will definitely visit again soon.

On behalf of the Potters Bar Crusaders I would like to thank Emma and the team at Hertsmere golf club. We had a great breakfast before setting off which was self service. The course was in fantastic condition and weather was too. We played in memory of Brian Bett who was our club steward for many years! The club donated a 4 ball which we auctioned off in the evening raising money to go The Royal British Legion.

The Hertsmere is an excellent golf course, full of challenges and very well kept. The staff are super friendly and the facilities, including the Script restaurant maker for a great 19th hole. Sitting on the balcony offers excellent views of the course, and of the 11th Par 3 over the water. Highly recommend.
