I had the best experience, Nicola was fantastic and so professional. She went through any concerns i had, how it was going to go and the benefits of the treatment. I was a little anxious about having a Colonic Hydrotherapy but definitely wanted to go ahead. I have changed my lifestyle and wanted a detox, to know what I am now eating, is healthy and good for my gut.

I most certainly didn’t need to be anxious.
Helen made feel completely at ease and explained everything about the procedure.
It took about 45 mins.
Helen was so kind and chatted to be the whole time.
If you haven’t had one before and have researched a Colonic then I totally recommend The Hering Clinic.

Great Experience at Clinica Hering!

I had a colon hydrotherapy session at Clinica Hering, and it was an excellent experience. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and professional. Helen was absolutely amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything and ensured the whole process was smooth and comfortable.

Given the treatment and the taboo subject behind it, I felt so at ease as soon as I walked in the clinic the first time.
