I found out about the Heeler Centre through Toto, who gives an incredible massage. When I was talking to her about my terrible menstrual cramps, she recommended that I try the Myotherapy treatment developed by Paul Heeler.

From my first session, I was amazed. Just by touching parts of my body, he knew more about my symptoms (and seemed to be able to handle them better) than many gynecologists I had seen in the past.

The "real test" that I admit I was really afraid of was stopping my contraceptive pill and seeing what my period would be like.

From my usual 7 days of pure chaos, intense pain, pain killers to get me through the day, cramping spikes, and heavy bleeding... This was reduced to a total of 2-3 days of less heavy bleeding and less cramping!

We did a total of 5 sessions, one per week, and I can honestly tell you that after 30 years living with such pain, I never imagined that I could have such a drastic improvement in my life!

We filmed the process because - many times - I knew I was moving, but I didn't know how/how much.

As Paul defines it, the treatment is a conversation with the subconscious, where it tries to align with what 'our body says'.

I'm super happy with the result and I couldn't recommend it more!
