I have been seeing Kim for over 10 years both as a personal trainer and massage therapist, she has a huge wealth of knowledge is extremely professional but friendly and warm at the same time, Kim has mastered many techniques which she brings to each massage therapy to make sure she gets the best results for her clients. She genuinely cares.

I went to Kim suffering with some tightness in my back and shoulder and after a deep tissue massage and other techniques she managed to work out some of the tension I was holding in those areas. She also gives great advice about exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and wellness so she can improve your life in a myriad of ways.
She genuinely cares and puts you at ease but is very professional in everything she does. I'll be booking back in for another treatment very soon.

I can’t recommend Kim enough ! Fabulous massages and sports massages I’ve had a couple of injuries shoulders and hip. Kim took time to identify the root cause of the problem and treat she’s very knowledgeable and explains what she has identified and how to treat and what ongoing self care stretches etc would be useful.
Kim makes you feel very at ease, So helpful and knowledgeable on nutrition, exercise and all round self care. Beautiful treatment room so relaxing & lovely touches with a detox tea waiting for you after your treatment.

I work as a stunt performer and I recently had multiple muscular issues with my body, that made it pretty much impossible to work. It got to the point that even holding every day items was an issue. However Kim worked wonders and got my body functioning as it used to. I honestly would not have got through the year without her help. She is hugely knowledgable, very welcoming and I'd recommend her skills to anyone

Highly recommend Kim, she’s Professional, friendly & knowledgeable. As a therapist myself we always look after everyone else and get lots of aches & pains and keep going until sometimes pain becomes to much. Kim is great at knowing exactly where your pain is coming from and how to deal with this.

My line of work would usually be 50% on the go and 50% desk based. Since working from home my work became almost 100% desk based and I encountered issues with my shoulder. Kim was recommended to me and literally within minutes of my first session, she had identified the problem and began treating it. Kim is quite frankly amazing, a true professional with a vast amount of knowledge and without doubt a leading expert in fitness, nutrition and treatments.

The Health Lounge is a welcoming, relaxing and spotlessly clean environment. You are always greeted with her smile and warmth. I’m not sure my shoulder would of lasted as long as it has without her magic. Thank you
