In my opinion Scammers!

Not realiable people.

I bought the Euro Covid departure test to fly abroad.

I’ve been told that all would be ready on time. Then I decided to buy the swag test, following the instructions adviced by the clininc, I proced to complete all the requirements.

2 days later I call them from the early morning to ask for the results.
They say the delivery swag test was on Its way and they ask me to call later on.
During the whole they I did call up to 7 times and the answer was always the same “It’s on its way, call later on”.
Eventually At the later evening They were still waiting for the delivery, and I lost my fly.

A day later wich is today, I bought a new fly, my test still not arrived yet after more than 72 hrs.

The only thing they do Is to blame the delivery services.

I asked to get refunded, I’ve been told by the customer service assistant that I can not get refunded as I bought the kit under my responsability, and I am agree. It has been my responsability trust in unprofesional people such of health hub.

Eventually I had to do an urgent test somewhere else plus buy a new fly.
They made me lost more than £700 and my time. And of corse 75h later I still waiting for my test.

I have proofs and screen shots If anyone have an enquery.

Please dont trust this people if you want to fly

I bought day 2 lateral flow test from them

While test arrived in time

Took me a day to register the test on their broken website.

The website won't work on mobile tried different browsers.

On laptop the website is crushing every 1-2minutes making it impossible to properly follow all the instructions.

I paid for nothing.

Waste of money, never again.

Cancel the review I wrote 5 months ago. I've recently tried to use the self-test option they offer but their website, the instructions and the access to assistance are diabolical. I have wasted hours trying to navigate the process and there are gitches at every stage. Trying to get help from them is infuriating. They just blame the 3rd party company they use to carry out the actual tests. Maybe it's just me, but I won't be using them again. You have been warned.

We were very satisfied with the service. We went there for a Day2 PCR test and not only it was very cheap compared to how much it normally costs, but staff were kind and friendly, and the results were ready within 24 hours.

It's a scam. They then take unauthorised payments from your credit card. They have no medical provenance. Just chancers who are cashing in on Covid.

My wife and I had a Day 2 PCR Test (Click and Swab) unsupervised on site, one of the kits had a defect where PCR tubes liquid had leaked and this was swiftly dealt with by the operator on site who gave a replacement kit, we got the results in about 10 hours after dropping of sample kit in a designated box so we didn’t had to quarantine at home for long especially as we did the test between Christmas and New Year so it’s understandable if there was limited Human Resources to process results.
