I called the receptionist at Harlington to ask if they can send the prescription straight to the chemist as I have 4 month old poorly baby and am finding it difficult to be there before 1pm when they shut. She straight away declined saying as its on a paper already it can't be changed digitally...(she must have used a typewriter). Also they didn't have the medicine at Harlington but I still have to come in person to walk away empty handed. When I tried to explain the need for me to have the medicine today for my 6yr and the weekend being tomorrow she put the phone down. I had to ask my neighbour to be with my baby so I could dash there. When I complained about the service and how unhelpful she was she decided to blame the doctor but eventually admitted it 'creats work'. Heaven forbid one is expected to do work..at their place of WORK. to top it all when I went to collect the prescription she couldn't find it for ages...which just was the cherry on the cake. I miss previous receptionist Lorraine. 😔 what is happening?!
