I had three introductory sessions and then a course of continuous sessions for two months with my counsellor online. The Happiness Hub was great in administering the appointments, sending reminders and re-arranging sessions if necessary. But what I’m really grateful for is the high quality analysis and service they provided. Though a series of exercises and examinations, I was able to view and analyse myself (and relationships/situations) in different ways. I found their approach to be insightful, intuitive and focused, which is what I need. This has been a life changing experience for me.
