Went there today for a ct scan. Lovely people .,very friendly and professional. The palace is beautiful,very clean but if I can say very clinical could do with a few more real plants and decorations to make it feel welcoming. Having said that it’s nice to go somewhere where there is free parking. A bonus. Well done

Visual bird droppings not a good sign
Clearly not being cleaned sufficiently or look at ways to stop/ prevent the birds accessing the roof space which is “ Glass “ visually off putting

Not good! Three different phone consultations booked now, two being to discuss my test results, and all were later than 9pm! You'll also be told to allow 2 hours either side of the booked appointment time, then sit up all night waiting and the consultant won't even call! I've had this twice now and my friends experienced the same thing in the past. Very frustrating when it's to discuss and find out test results. I've also asked for them to be posted or that I could come into the hospital and collect them in person but have been told this isn't possible! So I guess I may or may not ever know the results from my op!

Lovely reception lady rest of the staff weren’t to bad shame they rushed the CT scan with contrast. They struggled to put the IV in just about managed in the other arm only to come running in to the room half way through the procedure one of the staff had to hold and push the needle in whilst contrast was being administrated blood from IV going everywhere they pushed the contrast through too quick ended up in A&E. Such a Shame had high hopes!

Nothing special at all to be frankly honest. Very quick to see you and take your money for a quick consultation, as-well as add a hefty premium to medicines! All I’ve asked for is an invoice multiple times over the phone and via email but heard nothing back. However on the same email address I enquired initially, I had a reply instantly.

Medicines were delayed and the delay was not communicated which resulted in me going 30 mins out my way after work to go and wait for another 30 mins and still no medicines.

First attendance. Didn't know we had a hospital at Hampton. Good free parking and lovely clean open seating area with toilets visible - no embarrassing question. I found all staff friendly. No problem coming again if it's necessary.
