The staff are all amazing at the Hamptons, we have two relatives here now!
My grandad is receiving end of life care at the moment and I have to say hands down (I am a care manager myself) that all of the staff have shown my grandad and us as a family nothing but outstanding compassion, dignity, empathy and support. Nothing is too much trouble! I witnessed a care worker encouraging my grandad to eat the weekend after a tough couple of days for him and the patience, reassurance and safeguards she was putting in place was second to none. The atmosphere is lovely all of the time.

The night staff are equally as good having stayed with my grandad over the weekend the senior that was in shift did not sit down. She couldn’t have been any more attentive if she tried!

Our other relative is enjoying the activities and social interaction that much she’s staying after her two week respite!

My experience at the facility are very positive 🙂

Daily interactions with caregiving staff who provide support with daily life activities.
Participation in various recreational and activities aimed at maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well being.
Building relationships with other residents, which may lead to forming new friendships and spending time together.
Participation in social and cultural events organized within the facility, such as birthdays, holidays, or concerts.
Participation in educational programs and training on healthy living, fall prevention, or managing chronic illnesses.
And above all feeling of safety and comfort due to 24-hour supervision and the readiness of staff to respond to emergencies or residents' needs.

When I was desperately looking for a carehome for my Dad I found The Hamptons in Walsall Wood. The Manager Robin offered to have my Dad straight away without any hesitation which was such a relief as he had been discharged from hospital and needed somewhere fairly urgent. My Dad was cared for at The Hamptons just under two years. He was very well looked after by the care
staff who were friendly, kind and considerate of my Dad’s needs. A lovely home one that I would recommend.

My mom is currently residing at The Hamptons and I can’t fault the place. The staff are friendly and so patient and it’s great to see my mom so well looked after. I’ve just been and had my lunch with her and she’s so happy that I can do that 😊

This home isn't what people think it is trust me
Mums room was cold heating always breaking down
If not all but most of the staff don t have n v qs there is alot being done under handed and kept quite
Staff related to each other they work on same shift when shouldn't be happening
No communication at all as u ask one member of staff something and I got was i know nothing if I asked another member of staff
So please do think before you put your loved one in this home
