I would like to say thank you to all the staff that looked after me, the room I stayed in was clean and well looked after as was I.
There was always someone to talk to about my case, everyone there treated me really well and gave me all of the information I needed.
It was a really busy day at the clinic but in no way was this felt which I think is testament to how hard all of the staff that work there.
I was offered to have my follow up appointments closer to home but have opted to stay at the Hampshire Clinic due to the amount of care and kindness that was given to me.

What an incredible experience. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and was kept informed of what was going to be happening and when. The staff were kind and considerate and still did everything they could to help me despite being short staffed that day. Victoria, who walked me to theatre, made me feel at ease despite my nerves. The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. Both the staff and the faculties gave a very good impression - I felt safe and well looked after. Facilities were clean, well maintained and well equipped. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Robust processes were in place to ensure smooth, effective and safe running services. Everyone who I came into contact with were genuinely empathetic with my recovery and would do anything in order to make it as painless as could be. Everyone was positive and keen to raise my morale each day. The staff in ITU were fantastic especially Richie, it seemed that throughout my post op recovery he was on hand as a friend to talk to, like I had known him for years not only did he help me but also provided constant updates to my wife putting her mind at ease being so far away. Fantastic care provided by all which again, I am sure provided me a swift recovery to enable me to return home at the earliest opportunity.

The staff were exceptional, from the receptionist to the surgeon they've all been great and very helpful in all aspects.Their dedication to their jobs are second to none. Many thanks to Dr Rees, Dr Tristram, the anaesthetic specialists, catering team, nurse Mary and especially to nurse Kerry Cook for all her support and genuine kindness during my stay at The Hampshire Clinic. I cannot rate this place enough 10/10.

I had a very good stay at the Hampshire Clinic and can’t fault them with their service. The nurses doctors caterers and cleaners All did a wonderful job and made me feel very comfortable here. The food was also very good and to a very high standard, which is quite rare in hospitals. All in all, I was very happy with my two days stay. Thank you

I attended a follow-up appointment 2 weeks post surgery for adhesive capsulitis. As always, the whole team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Mr Simon explained things clearly (even using pictures taken during my surgery which I loved!) and made sure I was involved in decisions about my treatment. We agreed that a steroid injection was appropriate and this was administered by Mr Simon with minimal discomfort. Irene (outpatient Sister) was a calming presence throughout and gave great advice and support before I headed home. I honestly can’t thank the team enough for all their help. It is wonderful to have a functioning arm again!

Everything ran so smooth and efficient, I felt like I was in great care the whole time in particular with nurse Julie Berry. Everyone who came into the room seemed so nice and smiley which put me at ease of having my first operation.
I will never forget the anesthetist (sorry I forgot his name) analogy of being compared to an F1 car.
