The most diligent, personable, and helpful GP practice I have experienced.

Unlike most receptionists at other practices, the ones here answer the phone and do all that they can to resolve your query.

Nurse Gemma has gone above and beyond to find the best prescription solution (ringing around the pharmacies) and referral for my elderly family member. I am so grateful that she is so diligent.

Dr Chukwu, Partner at the practice, is both highly experienced and personable. His continuous care with my relative means that he gets the best possible care.

I've been registered at The Hamilton Practice since we moved to Harlow in 2020. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them, and unfortunately I do use the GP service more than most people. Dr Galpin is lovely and so supportive. I also like the online system rather than having to queue on the phone.

The staff was fantastic and the best part , the doctor (Dr E Galpin) Outstanding!!! Very compassionate and patience! She made sure I was comfortable and understanding through the entire visit , was very friendly and thorough. Very impressed with the service.

14 days ago told to contact the surgery. Did so. 14 days later told my contact lacked insufficient detail and I was to reply by 8am the following morning. Looked at various Hamilton practice websites and could not make head nor tail of trying to give my details. Up until recently as a patient of thus practice since 1957 I would have nothing but praise.what has happened?

I’ve hardly ever needed the GP but I have needed one several times over the past year. I find the online system extremely efficient, so much better than wasting time calling and waiting in a queue. Very easy to use, just a short detail of your concern and they will triage appropriately and allocate an appointment or will just send a prescription to your chosen pharmacy. Whenever I’ve had an appointment I’ve found the doctors very thorough and have not felt rushed at all. Sometimes the drs will even call me a few days later to check up on how I’m doing. I have been registered with the Hamilton practice since birth and absolutely cannot fault them.

After feeling increasingly unwell I got onto site yesterday to make an appointment. Within about 30 minutes face to face appointment time for same morning was texted to me.
After all the bad press our GPs have had over the past few yyears, can't fault the attention I received. Just one point - it might be a good idea if a flag on bereaved patients notes could be added.
