Hailey is a fantastic teacher. She has been teaching my daughter who has special needs for a couple of months now. Hailey is very patient and an extremely knowledgeable teacher. My daughter is learning and having fun at the same time. I highly recommend her.

I have been a student at this academy for over a year, initially to keep fit as I was getting bored of the gym. Hailey is a brilliant teacher she is extremley patient and takes the time to help each student no matter what level they are at. Every session is different we do circuit training, working towards belts, body conditioning and sparring. A year later and I still look forward to every session. If you are looking to keep fit or learn how to defend yourself in a ladies only environment you should pop along students and Hailey are very welcoming and supportive.

Although she is a good instructor but I find her disrespectful at times when it comes to deal with clients over money issues. Online lessons were promised by her during the lockdown but NEVER received the lessons. The payment was made for two months (during lockdown) in advance via Direct Debit. When requested a refund for a service that was NEVER received, she responded rudely and unprofessionally. NOT happy at all. I will not recommend her because of her behaviour in this regard.

My daughter loves it and she's been there for almost 2 years now and has learnt a lot and has gained 3 belts, Hailey is a really good tutor, who really motivates the students and helps them all the time.

Joined the club back in March 2016. Excellent trainer with affordable price to train. For those who wish to train and stay fit, definitely recommend Hailey Hanson Academy!

Not very professional when it comes to giving back a refund on missed lessons and taking Direct Debits from your account without you giving consent. Then blanking messages and taking people off groups when they politely ask to be refunded. Well done.
