Amazing gym, instructors so welcoming and friendly. Have never come across any member or team member who is rude or judgmental. Perfect gym for beginners and experienced people. Everyone is so helpful with eachother and really makes the whole gym experience enjoyable and has a family feel to it, highly recommend. Also very clean and well presented. Great when you have OCD 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Great equipment and friendly staff. Blake Robinson was on duty and saw me outside looking in. He invited me in for a show around as I explained I'd been around the local gyms to see which one to join. Blake was friendly, very informative and answered all questions. He showed me all the types of equipment, explained about PTs and classes. I was impressed so signed up as Blake sold it to me. Just did my first session in the evening. Really enjoyed using the machines. The ONLY thing I've noticed is there doesn't seem to be any wipes around to clean the machines in the evening. But that's it really. Apart from that, I've got my first achievement on my phone and can't wait for my next session. The app is great, you also get Fiit access and deals for anything from money off Disney Plus to a free case of beer. Awesome stuff. I signed up to the yearly Ultimate Membership!

Good gym with lots of equipment and friendly people, although it does tend to get busy. I would give it 5 stars if they had tissues/towels + disinfectant to wipe down the machines after you finish as a respect to the next person. Or to wipe it down when there is sweat on the seats. There are cleaners but they should really be wiped down after each use... So only 4 stars.

The gym itself is fine, but the policy for leaving is awful.

If you cancel, you lose access to the gym entirely. I’ve had this happen before because I assumed I’d have access to the gym until the end of my paid period. However, I did not. I cancelled my membership while at the gym and lost access immediately, so I LITERALLY couldn’t leave the gym. Fortunately, someone else was there and let me out.

I had to pay for the month AGAIN just to regain access to the gym. Which I was informed by the gym staff I had to do.

Because of this, I decided that the next time I cancelled, I’d wait until it was pretty close to the renewal date, as I didn’t want to be scammed into paying for a month I couldn’t even use. Last payment came out the 16th and I thought I'd cancel on the 14th. I sadly was mistaken and it it only came out on the 16th due to my bank not updating until then. So my payment date was the 14th.

So my direct debit came out on the 14th. I realized I was 4 hours late in cancelling. I contacted the gym, hoping they’d understand and issue a refund. I’m not even in the country for the entire period I’d have access to the gym. They refused and told me they advise customers to cancel their memberships 4 days before the period ends. So, basically, you’re forced to lose 4 days of gym access just to ensure you cancel early enough.

They refused to give me a refund and said it’s stated in their contract As a company, I assumed they’d respect a long-term, 3-year customer enough to understand this mistake. I was wrong. They refused refunding me the £22 even though I contacted them so quickly.

Needless to say, I will no longer be using this gym. At the very least, a refund for 1 month would have been more than reasonable, considering I contacted them within 4 hours of the payment and will literally not even be in the country to use the gym.

2 weeks in and really enjoying this gym. Facilities are really clean and obviously well looked after. Incredible range of machines and weights, all modern and well laid out. Just met Hal who explained about the free individual pt taster I can get as well as the available free classes and paid for individual training sessions. Would recommend to anyone, whatever age and fitness level.

Very nice gym overall, wonderful atmosphere when you arrive, everything is modern and feels new. The staff are helpful and welcoming and always have a smile, I come here consistently and I’ve definitely improved my figure. Would recommend 100%

Been going to gym group in Yarmouth regularly for the last 5 months. Staff members are always super friendly and helpful. Plenty of equipment, everything I’ve needed! Cleanliness of the gym is always good (cleaning of toilets and showers could be improved) but overall super happy with my experience and have no desire to move gyms 🙂
