I started coming to Mark for acupuncture to help boost my fertility, around three months before I started my 2nd round of IVF treatment, after one failed round. Mark taylored a plan fo suit my needs, and to work alongside the IVF treatment. I left each weekly session feeling completely stress free, and ready to take on the week. We discussed how I could improve my moods and also to get me in the zone for treatment. I am over the moon to now be 4 months pregnant, and I cannot shout enough about the fact that we believe that the acupuncture really played a huge role in this. I would recommend Mark to everyone- he was just amazing and we are so grateful for everything he did! I am now booking myself in for acupuncture during my pregnancy as I want to feel relaxed and ready for the labour.

This was my second experience here, the first was fantastic but I was definitely left disappointed by this visit.
I had booked a sports massage, and the quality of the session was good. However I am disappointed that from walking through the door to walking out I was there less than 30 minutes, with probably only half of that actual massage. For a £45 session, I had hoped for an experience closer to my last which was nearly an hour.
Not sure if it was the different practitioners approach, but I would think twice about booking for myself in future.

Eva found what was wrong with my bad wrist in minutes and emailed a tailored rehab plan to follow for a few weeks. I've been to osteopaths in the past, but I've never met anyone as knowledgeable as Eva. Also, the clinic has parking!

I was impressed with the protection measures that have been put in place as a result of COVID-19 and felt we were protected from each other. Mr Mahmood is extremely professional and knowledgeable at what he does. Had a blocked ear for two weeks, unable to hear and he was able to sort it out straight away. Removed all the wax with no issues/pain! Strongly recommend.
