Nurse Marcela is a joy to be dealing with. She is a professional, bubbly, kind and patient Nurse. I have been visiting the surgery for blood tests and injections in the last 4-5 weeks and have had the pleasure of dealing with Marcela. She goes above and beyond in making me feel as comfortable as possible when having blood withdrawn as I have had a long fear as a child. I’m very thankful for Marcela being a Nurse at my practice.

To be honest, I think one star is too generous for this surgery. Worst I have ever been to. I called yesterday trying to get my one year old with a high fever seen. The receptionist told me off for calling too late (I had been up all night so I missed the opening times) and conferred with the doctor as he was walking past her, only to tell me they were full and wouldn't see me. My partner went there to speak to them and asked repeatedly for the said doctor to call him so we could explain what's been happening and get some advice but they couldn't spare him 5min. That's how they treat sick babies and triage patients! That's how they approach duty of care!

I went to see a doctor yesterday with my mum and we are absolutely satisfied about the service.

When I tried to make an appointment for my mum, the lady staff was so kind and very helpful. The Doctor Vijaya she listened all the symptoms and complaint of the pain carefully first and then noted after she made clear to understand as my English isn’t good enough but I feel like welcoming. Thank you for your help always!

Absolutely disgusting treatment towards elderly patients. My nan had booked an appointment today for her mental health and was basically told to find a different surgery. Instead of helping, they told her they couldn’t help and allowed her to walk out of the surgery in tears. They do not care, they rarely have any appointments and when they do the patients are left more confused then before they came. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour for a surgery who are supposed to help and care. I strongly suggest people to leave his surgery- or look for a better alternative for mental health or any type of health to be honest. Disgusting, rude staff!!! If I could 0 star it, I would!!!!

My daughter had her flu vaccine today. The nurse who administered it was wonderful, she noticed my daughter’s hearing aids, made sure she could hear her before explaining in a louder voice what was happening. Everyone else just says “oh is she deaf?” then continues to tell me in normal conversational level what is happening. Amazing deaf awareness put into practice! Thank you ☺️

Do not use this practice. I have been a patient here for many years and have experienced some good care but way too much very lacking. My most recent experience, following the introduction of the dreadful online triage system I had waited 2 weeks for a telephone appointment for something which really needed looking at. When my phone rang at the allotted time of between 5.40 and 7.40 I attempted to answer my phone but something happened and it cut off. The doctor did not even make one more attempt but left me a message saying I could always make another appointment. I am desperately trying to leave this practice.

Absolute shambles. I tried to book an appointment for my wife, but they insisted on sending an email to her address so she could complete a questionnaire. She was still asleep at the time, suffering from a high fever, but I was told this was their "new system." After arguing with the receptionist for five minutes, I decided to end the conversation and take my wife to the hospital.

In the past, this appointment would have been sorted in 20 seconds. Expecting someone who is nauseous and running a fever of 39.6°C to fill out a questionnaire on a mobile phone, with endless dropdown fields, is absolutely disgusting. Loads f stupid questions to answer about your condition which is alrewady on the record.

I’ll be moving away from this establishment, which is clearly out of touch with patient care and customer needs. It will mean a short drive instead of a convenient five-minute walk, but what choice do I have?

Being able recently to see the same doctor to discuss and treat on going long term issues has made a huge difference for me. I feel safer and as if someone is looking after me, specially as follow up appointments put in place from each consultation.
