Fantastic little shop, they have everything and understand and provide brilliant advice on so many conditions. I was served by Julia, who is a holistic therapist, incredibly intuitive and supportive. I've been coming to the Groves for about 7 years now and I honestly do not know what I would do without the wonderful Sandra and Julia. I have moved area but they still post out to me and are always available to give advice over the phone. Their knowledge on herbs and dietary supplements is second to none and they stock only extremely good quality products. You can also get your food intolerance tests done here.
