Monday 9am called to enquire how to book an appointment, I joined a queue service and I was 22 in line but I didn’t have to wait. I’ve just had to press option one for them to call me back when it was my turn, and within 20 minutes somebody called me back 🙂 they said I need to go down to fill my form as I’m not a registered patient.

Tuesday 8am - I submit my online request as I was advised.

10:20am Tuesday I have a face2face appointment with a doctor

I would say that is a pretty fantastic service .

Update: although the system and reception team seem to be okay, the doctors are extremely questionable….

Explained, I had three joint problems, and I was instantly told I cannot deal with three problems repeatedly.

I explained, I had already been seen in the urgent care and they had advised to be referred to a fracture clinic via a GP, She repeated she cannot do this, and repeated this at least 20 times during the consultation.

She failed to investigate and enquire regarding any of my symptoms, instead she was too busy telling me things she couldn't do!

And then booked me in for all three issues with a physio so either her first initial statement was a lie, or she was purposely being unhelpful.

Very bad service. I had two appointments today 09:15 and 10:00. I went there 09:00 for the 09:15 appointment. They called me in at 09:06, they gave me a prescription and then I went to the pharmacy to take the medicine and went back at 09:45 for my second appointment that was booked for 10:00. They told me I missed it as it was 09:15. I explained that I was there for the 09:15 but the lady didn't want to understand and was keep telling me I missed my appointment and that I have to redo it the next day again. Apparently they called me in for the 10:00 appointment at 09:06 they were saying, but nobody informed me about it and then they just said I have missed my 09:15 appointment. I ended up losing my morning for no reason, and now I have to lose another morning to sort another appointment. The system is so bad, you stick to the process that they have in place and you are still blamed without doing anything wrong and sent home with your medical problem to book another appointment tomorrow. Unbelievable!

The ABSOLUTE WORST receptions they are so rude and would rather have a personal conversation than actually do their job, had me waiting for so long just to resgister, wasting time up it reaches 5 PM so they can go home. The lady with the black hair and lipstick thought it would he lovely to have a chinwag rather than help. her colleague asks her for help and shes finding every excuse under the sun “oh one sec just got to do this quickly”. Waste of my time!!

I believe this is the best Doctors Surgery in Milton Keynes. On the old system to book I had to phone at 8am and always managed to get a same day appointment.
It is now a triage online system and I was concerned everything would change, however I completed the online form and within 20 minutes I received a text with a same day appointment. No waiting on the phone so an even better service.
I would 100% recommend them.
The Drs are lovely, they listen and they care.
I appreciate how lucky I am to be one of their patients.

Absolutely disgraceful receptionists.

Came today (after being told to come between 10-4) to register my daughter and when I got there the receptionist with the short black hair was incredibly rude and dismissive. Absolutely no customer service skills and was awful. I decided against registering there. If their reception team is any reflection on their doctors and nurses then I’m extremely cornered with the level of care at that practice. AVOID.

I was called in the morning 8am I waited 20 minutes after would one of the receptionist sue answer the phone and I started to explain my problems she not listen my problem Straight away she said no open appointment today go to the Walking centre very rude in the phone and she is not help full at all

I don’t know how this new system is working! I waited 25 minutes on a booking call only to be told there weren’t any more appointments! One has to now physically take oneself to the surgery to book to see a doctor. This is not great especially if you’re unwell. They offered a phone call consultation - how can you make a diagnosis over the phone?

They have the WORST receptionist! The one with black hair is so rude and useless at her job. They do no get trained well to talk to patients at the reception. Their line is always busy. Their doctors are good but the receptionist 🤮 Worst receptions,they are so rude and have zero Sympathy.
