We have been with this GP practice for over 23 years and both the doctors and support staff have always been amazing. I needed to book an appointment this week so called up today and yet again a very helpful member of their reception team booked me with no trouble at all. This GP surgery is exactly how a GP surgery should be! I have been going here for years and the level of care is excellent from the moment you book your appointment. The office team are caring and courteous and do all they can to help you; the nursing team are experienced with a range of ailments and ease any worries or concerns and the GPs are great, despite being up against very difficult work conditions. I would like to especially mention Dr Pambos who is the kindest, most knowledgeable doctor I have ever come across - he listens to understand your concerns and will ensure the very best care is provided, whilst valuing your input too. He will go the extra mile to make sure that you feel supported and well cared for. Thank you to all at Grove Road - keep up the amazing work! We are lucky to have you.

My husband and I were patients at this practice for the 6 years we lived in Sutton and can only say good things about the care we received. Dr Pambos is so kind and attentive. I was pregnant with both my sons in this time and the nurses were also fabulous at all the routine appointments and then the injections they needed as babies.
We were also seen by Dr Fernandez and Dr Hudson who were both very good too.
I was always able to get an appointment when needed for myself and sons and wait time was never very long.

We’ve only been registered with this GP for a short amount of time and in that short space of time, we’ve been to the GP a number of times as we have a baby. This practice is incredible. The receptionists are lovely and so helpful. The doctors are incredibly professional, patient and caring. And the nurse is excellent. I’m so impressed. It makes a huge difference finding a practice that treats its patients with kindness.

I recently joined the Grove Road Practice with my wife and had a mixed experience during our registration process. While my own registration went smoothly and I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful receptionist, the same cannot be said for my wife’s experience.

The receptionist, Joe, who assisted my wife seemed to lack the basics of customer service. Her passive-aggressive attitude was not conducive to making a positive first impression on a new member joining the practice. It’s essential for a receptionist to be welcoming and accommodating, especially when dealing with new patients.

However, I am yet to consult my GP, so I cannot comment on the quality of medical care provided by the practice. Once I have had the opportunity to meet with my GP, I will update my rating accordingly.

Despite the mixed experience with the registration process, I hope that the medical care at Grove Road Practice will meet our expectations and that the staff will strive to improve their customer service skills.
