I would thoroughly recommend The Grove’s training. I studied the trauma course with them and it was amazing. The tutors were so helpful and approachable. The content was so informative and, above all, it enabled me to feel confident in private practice.

The Grove is a great place I attended a couple of years ago at the ending of an important long term relationship. This was a painful and emotional time and thought it was good idea to speak to the "mental well being experts" in order to strive to be, the best person I could be, from the experience.

The sessions were really educational, instructive, structured, helpful and I learned a lot about myself. It has made me look at the world with wiser and more balanced eyes which I take away for life. We all have such patterns in common as human beings, it's so very useful to talk to people who are trained to identify and work with these.

Aside from the professional nature of my counsellor and all the benefits I gained from the time, Sarah is a lovely person, kind and funny and I could not recommend her and the practice more highly.
