I've registred with this GP just a couple of days ago. Today been to them to book an urgent appointment . Ladies at reception we're very kind and helpful and booked me in within 30 minutes . Dr Jonathan Tham visited me and send me straight away with referral to Yeovil Hospital. Thanks to Dr Jonathan referring letter at YDH within 1 hour i was visited by the surgeon and booked for surgery in 2 weeks time.

Staff throughout the surgery were kind, helpful and professional. So lovely to have a positive experience going into a surgery and to see those working smiling. Helpful doctor who was thorough. Amazing reception staff. So pleased this is now my local surgery.

Amid all the changes occurring in the NHS the Grove medical center stands out and remains steadfast to it's patient's, through thick or thin they do there absolute best to accommodate the needs of all enquiries. I take my hat off to them. I'm grateful for them, being me isn't easy on them, and I have been wrong to think they haven't got things right, when infact it is my brain getting things wrong, I am sorry that my head injury still causes issues. But I know I wouldn't want any other surgery as my own, given how well they have managed me. I truly am grateful.

A big thank you to the staff who helped me yesterday at the surgery and the Dr who phoned in the afternoon to prescribe medication. On a short stay in Sherborne I became increasingly unwell and was advised by the Pharmacist at The Abbey Pharmacy to contact a local Surgery. I chose The Grove . The Reception staff were so helpful in helping me become a temporary patient and sorting out a test for me. I was able to collect my prescription from The Abbey this morning and hope to be feeling better soon. I doubt I would have managed to get help this quickly from my own surgery so thank you again

I rang the surgery to request a conversation with Dr. Lawes. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged a call back. I was able to speak to the doctor within the hour and she dealt with my concerns in a caring and professional way. Thank you.
