We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel for Valentine’s Day! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, and their attention to detail was unmatched. The service was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. A special thanks to the manager, Nazim, who really went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us.

The food was great, every meal we had was delicious. The range of activities was fantastic, especially for those who enjoy the outdoors and walking. The swimming pool and spa facilities were amazing,, adding that extra touch of relaxation to our stay.

This could very well be the best hotel we’ve stayed at in England! We would definitely recommend it to others and will most certainly be back.

My Wife and I had a Fantastic dinner in the Glasshouse buffet restaurant. The selection and quality of food is always amazing. The seafood selection, on the starters bar is absolutely banging. Eva our waitress could not have been more Professional and attentive. The team of chefs are so helpful & Knowledgeable. We are truly grateful to everyone who made our evening, the Best.

We had a really lovely family stay here that surpassed my expectations. The room was appointed with lots of little touches. We upgraded to the Scandiborn sleepover package for my kids which they loved. Kids slippers (right size), milk in the fridge and nice amenities. Plenty of water. Restaurants were all good - busy with lots of kids because of half term but easy to change reservation times if you were running late. Spa was a dream. Great kids club for over 2s. Lots in the hotel for kids to do with extra things set up over the holidays. Easy location from London and beautiful grounds. Was a really great break for busy parents.

5* Buffet, good range of food, though could be more variety. Everything was of a high quality, starters and mains were good, enjoyed the seafood, meats, sushi and Indian section. I loved my glass of cold coke. Desserts were good, the crumble and custard was very good.

I wished I went in the day to see the grounds. Good buffet, but room for improvement in variety. Pricey but fair for what you're getting in respect to surroundings and service.

Fabulous hotel suitable for all ages. The meals and service were outstanding. The chefs expertly prepared and served food. The art and craft activities for both adults and children were another wonderful touch. The staff, who were organising the activities were excellent. It was so relaxing to engage in creative activities as a family, and these opportunities truly enriched our stay. We all loved the Games Room and other events. | The room was spacious and very comfortable apart from the shower which you had to step over a bath to use! The opening hours of the Spa on Christmas Day was very disappointing. We remain grateful for the hospitality and the memorable moments we enjoyed during our stay. We look forward to joining you again next year.

I frequent the Grove a few times a year to visit the Glasshouse which is an exceptional restaurant and I am due to go again in a couple of weeks, but I just wanted to leave a review for Emily in resort reservations, who has been superb. She has taken the time to help me arrange my mums 80th and has been exceptional in trying to find me solutions for an allergy problem and has honestly made me feel that nothing is a problem. This is easily the best experience I have had with any restaurant and with anyone at the Grove. Thanks Emily for your help

Great stay for my sister’s 40th birthday. We had a Sunday night spa package. Spa and treatments were outstanding. Everything was wonderful. Only downfall was the toilet didn’t work properly in the room. Additionally, the air con kept turning on and was boiling hot. It happened in the middle of the night which made it unbearable to sleep!
