After a lot of recommendations i have been visiting Lizzie for my 8 week old baby who has struggled with alot of tension and feeling generally uncomfortable along with other symptoms. I cannot believe what a difference Lizzie has made in just 3 appointments, my baby is a lot more happier and comfortable.
Lizzie makes you feel very warm and welcome in the appointments and gives you a lot of information to take away with you.

I have been waking up every morning with lower back/hip pain for as long as I can remember. I have seen numerous osteopaths, had acupuncture and massage and even seen a consultant and had an MRI scan! Although some of these things helped they did not stop me waking up with the back/hip pain!
When I saw Lizzie she really listened to everything and looked at the big picture which in fact dated back to the 1970,s!
Lizzie treated it with a very different approach to anyone I’ve ever seen in the past.

After 3 sessions I was amazed to be waking up without the back/hip pain! I had come to believe it was something I would have to live with. Lizzie explained that I may need to see an osteopath every couple of months just to maintain being totally pain free.

I visited Lizzie at Grounded health following a Doctors diagnosis of Sciatica (by phone!). Following a few sessions, Lizzie discovered it wasn't sciatica and worked her magic on my legs. I now have no pain in my legs. I would definitely recommend Grounded Health.
