Today a Dr named GIFT has the most inappropriate conversation with me during my doctors appointment. She was unprofessional, made me feel so uncomfortable. She brought up a conversation about the war Isreal is committing, brought up religion and tried to make it relevant to my health condition and it was not related in any way shape or form.

I accompanied my mum to her appointment, and nurse Anita, truly went above and beyond in her care. She was not only incredibly skilled and professional but also showed such kindness and patience. Anita took the time to make sure my mum was comfortable, explained everything clearly to us, and answered all our questions with empathy and understanding. Her dedication and warm approach means so much, and we left feeling genuinely cared for. Thank you to Anita!

I contacted the surgery via email regarding a few concerns I was experiencing. The practice manager responded, recommending that I schedule an in-person appointment with a GP and advised that I book a double appointment. As the phone lines were closed for the day, I booked an appointment via the NHS app for the same day, but wasn’t allowed to make a double appointment.

During my appointment, I explained to Dr Vimalanathan that I had a couple of concerns, but was unable to book a double appointment online. She was very patient and understanding, and took the time to address each of my issues thoroughly. I was very happy with the care I received and just wanted to thank her for her help.

Rude young girl who work as receptionist. Went to seek some advise and her facials expressions explained it all. Will not even talk to her ever again if she is sitting at the front desk. Never seen her before must be new hire but zero customer care and professionalism. Very disappointed

This review is for one particular receptionist who was working this morning, I have never come across someone so rude in all my life, she ignores you when you are standing in front of her, then she was on the phone and was so rude to the person, this receptionist also couldn't find an appointment I had (it had been cancelled without my knowledge) and proceeded to ask well what do you want me to do about it?. I tried moving doctors but I can't move if I already have a doctors. The Doctors are great once you can get to see
them, it's just hard getting past the receptionists.

I was trying to book a doctor's appointment for my elderly mum and it transpired that the practice manager has gone sick to which she schedules all the appointments so nothing can be booked by the receptionists leaving them in the lurch . How can it be that having one manager going sick can bring the system down!Someone should be covering her post surely

Unfortunately there are long waits for appointments, but I've been referred to chemists and the hub who have sorted me out. Dr ISANEDIGHI is a lovely doctor who I have seen many times, by appointment or emergency. She is kind, friendly and really puts anxiety at ease. The receptionists can be a bit rude and blunt but assume that's the pressure they're under. There is one young lady with glasses who is very polite and always does all she can to go up and above to help you.
