I can't recommend The Good Rooms enough! I first visited the studio when I was going through a stressful period in my life and looking for different ways to manage it! I took advantage of their intro offer and after the 15 days, I signed up as a full member and have been there nearly a year! I noticed the benefits immediately and have never been so committed to my fitness routine. It’s improved both my mental and physical health—I'm stronger, more flexible (and less stressed!) The studio is great: clean, well-organised, welcoming and friendly staff, and fantastic, knowledgeable teachers. The Good Rooms truly feels like a community I love being a part of. Highly recommend!

Good hot yoga studio but it become sometimes too full classes it’s very difficult to breathe as some people sweat like a flooded and strong odour. Due to nature of yoga breathing work is important part through out class and couple of times I really felt to sick to breath. I wish studio offer some natural incense or natural herbal oil to help this. My friend attend class with me she couldn’t come back due to bad odour.

I know it’s limited space but I hope shower is little more privacy-having curtains perhaps I don’t like to walk around naked in front of non showering members.

The classes and teachers are great!

Highly recommend The Good Rooms in Muswell Hill. It is well run, clean, and pleasant. Jamie and his team are amazing and everyone super friendly. All the teachers are fantastic. I have been a member of a gym for years, had Personal Trainers and tried Reformer Pilates but all made my body more tense with subsequent aches and pains. After doing the classes here for nearly a month my body is feeling much better by being stretched and strengthen. Whats more the constant ache of my sacroiliac joint has altogether disappeared. I am over the moon. Well worth the monthly subscription compared to weekly osteopath appointments. Best decision I made in January 2024

Lovely clean, lively studio with a good community feel. I've followed on instagram for a while and looks so fun. I tried the Bliss class and felt awesome after. The classes are big, but don't feel crowded at all.

I highly recommend the Good Rooms, I have been a member for six months and I have never been so consistent in my workouts and yoga practice. My levels of energy are increasing every month and my body is changing quite fast. The teachers are very high level and the staff are always kind and welcoming.

Hot yoga was great! It can get quite busy and feel full in the room but I still really enjoyed the experience. The yoga instructor was very clear and the whole experience was relaxing.

Wonderful studio. I hadn’t done hot yoga in several years and found The Good Rooms in Muswell Hill a great way to get back into it. The front of house staff are friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Every class I attended during my 21 day pass was great - there is a nice mixture of styles to keep things interesting, and each instructor was very clear and supportive. Overall a really lovely studio with great amenities and lots of well-taught classes. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you especially to Hannah and Jamie for being so kind and welcoming me to the studio.

The yoga class was nice enough; it didn't feel too packed and rushed like some and the teacher offered lots of options and didn't make me feel like I needed to keep up with them. A little sad there wasn't more of a spiritual component but in fairness that wasn't advertised. I came away feeling more relaxed, open and grounded than when I went in and I'm grateful for that.

My main grumble was that they make it quite expensive to take a taster class and really try to push you into the class subscription. As someone who suffers from chronic pain and needs to test things out first I felt there was quite an aggressive attitude to this. I got wrongly charged an extra £5 on top of a £21 class, to rent a mat and a towel, although in fairness they did apologise for this. I haven't been to a yoga class since the pandemic but I was shocked at the price and the additional charge. But maybe this is just how it is in London now, post-pandemic, and it was nice to have clean props that hadn't just been used by someone else.

Nice facilities and generally a calm, restorative vibe.
