My uncle Arthur received the most wonderful palliative care at The Goldbridge. The nursing team kept me fully informed of his care plan and the family are all very grateful to the team, from nurses and carers to admin and management. I don’t think I could have chosen a more lovely environment for his final months.

It has been steadily providing less attentive care. Clearly the home is understaffed and residents are feeling that pressure and are sometimes not receiving the quality of care one should expect for the amount Goldbridge costs.
Having said that there are a number of excellent and caring staff who do their best in the current staffing crisis.

My wife was admitted to the home with an incurable brain tumour. This meant that in addition to her illness she suffered from dementia like symptoms.
She therefore presented as time went on an increasing challenge to the staff.
Throughout her time at the home she was treated by all members of the team regardless of their role with real care, concern, patience, affection and dignity

The carers and nursing staff have been very good looking after my Mum. Coaxing her to eat and drink and to take part in activities with other residents so that she is in company and keeping active. Thanks also for your help with Mum's 100th Birthday celebrations, both when family and friends attended and also with the other residents too.
