Impossible to get through on the phone, unresponsive to emails. How difficult can it be to pick up the phone or just simply say don't call,come in the book an appointment.

I have been registered with the Glebe practice for 22 months. I have had exceptional service. The reception team are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I’ve sadly witnessed patients becoming stressed and being rude to the front of house team and they have dealt with it professionally and with empathy. They are a friendly face and voice on the phone, understandably there are those who become frustrated at the time it takes for the phone calls to be dealt with but with the high levels of need they are doing their utmost to assist and prioritise appointments.
The dispensary team, nurses and GP’s are also exceptional. Where necessary I have been referred to hospital, specialists and other health care providers. I have always been given follow up appointments and had notifications and calls for bloods and inoculations. This has been my experience from day one and I speak as I find.

I give 5 stars for the doctors and support teams. However if i could i would give the phone booking system MINUS 5. The phone and booking service is not fit for purpose. Its a shame as i mentioned the people who work at the surgery are some of the best in the NHS.

Absoolute disgrace trying to get through on phone to cancel appointment for mum as she has been taken in to hospital. No1 in queue been waiting 30 minutes still no reply. Then we will get blamed for missing appointment.

Terribly managed practice. Phone lines don't work properly. Emails never answered. On hold for over an hour with it counting down, only for it to never get past number 1. Can never get the right prescription for my children. The pharmacy always has to send me away to call the practice....yeah like that's ever going to happen! Also my daughter has been unwell for 6 years with no resolve. Useless!

Tried to get an oppointment yesterday tried phone but number 14 in que 1hr later got to number 1 then got cut off re dialed number 9 in que 45 minutes later all appointments gone looked on line surgery opening hours 8am till 6.30pm this morning went to surgery for 8 doors don't open until 8.30am. It was minus 2degrees this morning it's time this surgery got its act together.
