For a Surgery is meant to be outstanding they are absolutely appalling. I’ve been unwell nearly 4 weeks and every time I have been fobbed off by the doctor asking me to take a picture of my inflamed throat , shame on you absolutely disgusting way to treat a patient. I can’t believe the NHS has got to this point but they no longer care.

Would definitely recommend! I'm a new patient and all the staff I've spoken to so far have been incredibly helpful, really going out of their way to make me feel heard. Everyone comes acrosss as genuinely kind and understanding, really alleviating my anxiety!

I visited Foxhayes yesterday afteroon, as my usual pharmacy did not have my medication. I was really worried but Donna was really reassuring, took the time to make sure I was okay, and helped me call around until we found an alternative. She and Dr Bracey made sure that the issue was resolved really quickly and I'm super thankful! 🙂

Extremely pleased with the level of care I’ve received from the Foxhayes Practice, and especially Dr. Dana Rogojan. She’s incredibly thorough, kind, and truly listens to her patients. The practice has been really quick to respond to my queries and e-consults, which is very reassuring. Recently, I had a fairly serious health issue, and they got me in instantly and sent me straight to the hospital. I can’t fault them at all. The admin staff are also great and very friendly. Highly recommend this practice - Any negative comments about GP practices in Exeter overlook the immense pressure the NHS is under. GP surgeries are the first point of contact for all patients, so they are always operating at full capacity.

Not actually worthy of a star but unfortunately I had to give at least 1!

Dr BRACEY likes to fob people and avoids dealing with the issues. Mental health is all in your head and is easily fixed by going for a walk according to him!

The female Dr (dana) isn't to bad but unfortunately she isn't able to deal with specific requests.

I wouldn't recommend this surgery to somone terrible experience with them!

The team always get back to you same day and are hugely generous with time. A faultless service at a time when you hear a lot of negative comment about NHS provision. Couldn't recommend more.

I’ve been going to this practice since I was little, however recently it seems that the staff have given up with their jobs. They are useless at helping people. They do not support mental health at all and just tell you to go out on a walk. They do not know what it’s like to want to get out and be healthy yet you feel stuck in bed and find it difficult to get outside when struggling mentally. They offer no support and give you the basic answers Google would tell you. And even then I think Google would have better advice.

I have been registered with the Foxhayes practice for 10 years so far, and every time I had to reach them for help they have been absolutely fantastic. A great team of professionals that provide fantastic care with a friendly and compassionate approach.

My experience with them has involved general medicine queries, post surgical care, mental health and at one point a 2 week waiting referral. I always felt not only well cared for, but also reassured and involved in the decisions and direction of my own care.

Please keep being a shining example of what the NHS is about.
