I have been so pleased with my experience so far at FIT! When learning about it, it almost sounded too good to be true but I was a bit intimidated by all the high tech equipment and “trendy” machinery, but the staff puts you at such ease that it feels extremely approachable now. In just 2.5 weeks I already feel healthier and more hopeful about a sustainable fitness routine. I’m officially obsessed!

If you want to live longer and feel your best, this is the place to go! They have amazing hot and cold therapies and all the latest wellness tech to help you boost your physical performance and recover faster. The staff is super friendly and really know their stuff. Just to be clear, no one asked me or paid me to write this, I’m just a very happy and grateful real client!

I had an incredibly warm welcome from a few of the staff, in particular Gary, Will and Max, whom I met on my first visit at FIT Esher.

My first time trying pressotherapy and the Balkan strength machine, which was quite simply epic, the most intense training session I have ever experienced.

Look forward to visiting again soon and trying the Vasper and cryotherapy chamber!

I have been attending the FiT Partnership for over 2 years and I have enjoyed the benefits of Cryotherapy. It has helped with my overall well being and my immune system . I tend to visit 2-3 times a week and the staff are very welcoming. Max is very knowledgeable . The team have also been very charitable with my sons school charity event so all around this company is a very good !

I love this place, the staff are welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is great and most importantly the equipment is second to none.

Max is so informative when explaining about Vasper and the Cryotherapy chamber, which makes your workout or cool down easy and enjoyable.

The results are noticeable, and I feel great.

I recently visited The F.I.T Partnership in Wimbledon for their Cryotherapy chamber and red light therapy, and it was an absolutely superb experience. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The Cryotherapy session was invigorating and left me feeling rejuvenated, while the red light therapy provided a relaxing and beneficial treatment for my skin and overall well-being. It was my first time at this place and I can't explain enough how good it was. I have tried the CRYOTHERAPY / INFRARED SAUNA / RED LIGHT . It was a great experience and I will be returnin very soon. Highly reccomended. Also the staff explain everything before you go to CRYOTHERAPY 10/10
