I sent an e-consult request to the surgery at about 11 a.m. on Friday and received an automated reply telling me that the surgery would reply after the bank holiday. I then received an e-consult reply at around 7 pm the same day from my GP. Amazing. All the staff at the surgery are working extremely hard to give the very best care that they can and the receptionists all have a “can do” attitude and go out of their way to help. Thank you!

While everyone bemoans the NHS I can only praise the Farmhouse Surgery. The doctors and staff are excellent. I have always seen a doctor or health professional asap if not on the day if required. I have had doctor's telephone consultations at 8pm - that's dedication in getting through the workload. Absolute heroes.

Been using this surgery for my entire life (i'm 30), and in all that time i've had no issues apart from maybe having to wait a week or two for an appointment for non-emergency stuff but had no problem making appointments for stitch removal/checkups. are they perfect? probably not but then again, what would perfection look like? Had no problems with the staff at all. from my experience they are are a good local surgery.

I hadn’t been well for about 10 days, phoned the Farmhouse Surgery and the receptionist got me a ring back with the doctors, I spoke to the Doctor he advised me to come in for an appointment about hour later. I am very impressed with the Farmhouse Staff and the Doctor. Thank you

Several times I have called the surgery and I have been disgusted with the receptionists behaviour. She is extremely rude, does not listen and should not be front of house in an industry where people are ill, suffering and need empathy. Shame on you and I hope this review gives you a sharp wake up call.

Excellent Male doctors. Top class. Caring professionals with your interest at heart.
I have always received the very best of care, despite them being stretched by all the government cuts and increased work load. They deserve better reviews.

Today is Tuesday 12 th September 2023. I rang up today at 8:10am and I spoke to a receptionist to book a appointment to see a doctor.I don't know her name but she is so nice and efficient I have spoken to her a few times and everytime she is so helpful and friendly and a very good receptionist.
