Booked an intolerance test for myself and my son, and the services were incredible. We took the test in the Clinic and staff were amazing. Within 7 days we had the results and received a zoom meeting from Don the nutritional consultant. Don took us through the results and the pack he had prepared. This detailed the foods we had intolerance’s with, substitute foods, a health plan, links to where to buy the foods, supplements to help with the decency we might encounter, and a weekly food plan. Don was very friendly, and knowledgable. The cost of the service was a little higher than the ones you order online BUT it tested for about 30% more foods and you wouldn’t get Don who takes you through what the results mean and what to do about it. Can’t recommend this service and the family clinic enough. Thank you all.

I was recommended to go to the Family Health Hub for my shoulder and back pain, had consultations with Ayo and a few regular sessions for treatment. So glad I went as Ayo found the cause and her advice and treatment cured my problems. I actually live in South Croydon where I had been getting treatment at various places local to me but there was no improvement in my back problem. At my last place I was extremely disappointed because the consultant put acupuncture pins in my back and left me for 30 minutes which did nothing for me. I rang up to discuss my back pain that I have been experiencing since childhood. The receptionist booked me in for a consultation call with an Osteopath an hour later. They rang back and we talked through the issues & she assessed whether the Family Health Hub would be able to assist me with them and described my treatment options.

I managed to get a consultation with Ayo later on the same day! I filled out a form and discussed the issues that I was having with her. She then took a look at my back & immediately pointed out the exact areas that were causing me the most pain.

Treatment started immediately! Ayo confirmed that the cause of my back pain was due to muscle tension. She did some slight acupuncture, a soft massage with some oils & a metal instrument that was able to get into the muscle tissue, we used the muscle massage machine & Ayo did some adjustments & clicks.

At the end of the session Ayo spoke through everything with me, discussed a treatment plan, and booked me in to see her again in 2 weeks time.

I have never had work done for my back pain before. Ayo was very gentle, considerate, asked if I was alright, and got me some water when the acupuncture made me feel whoozy.. However Ayo took the time to show me the needles after my session, and I saw that they are very small & flexible, so next time I do not think I'll be nervous and would like to proceed with acupuncture treatment.

Recommend highly! Very professional, friendly, knowledgable & follow all covid guidelines to a high standard.
