A very mixed and upsetting experience. This surgery can be exceptionally good in some areas, but are let down continually on its clinical side of things.

The practice manager, receptionists are very good and have been most supportive to me. I have asked for there assistance and they have been most kind about things. The practice manager herself is outstanding and I have messaged her privately about many things.

The massive let down is the clinical team. It has been found that I have been undermedicated for the past 2 years, which has caused me real complications in relation to pain management. Often opinions are made and put on your care notes, which do not reflect the truth. This can cause issues getting the right treatment.

On leaving the practice, I have now received the right treatment. I have been referred over for a diagnosis (which I have been asking for years) and I am now on the correct medication. This has now made my life a whole lot more tolerable.

This is incredibly sad as the practice manager and reception time are so efficient and kind. I don't like writing bad things about this practice.

A good doctors , BUT unfortanly the responist Not good at all, they sit 12" from the phone and never pick as we speak am on the phone to the doctors and we are on 12.6 mins and they answered . Lastone was 17mins , and even ive drove down with my phone still ringing and got to the doctors and the phone was ringing !!!! Lol ,10:03
The receptionist people are very nice people. I have no qualms or anything to do with that. It's just It's been happening more and more over the past few months where you ring up? Sometimes they answer within a couple of minutes ,other times u can be on the phone where I've been ringing. I've left my house still ringing on the phone,!! got down to the doctors and it's still ringing!!, thats about 1.8 mile to doctors from mine .but when I get down to the doctor's the phone at the receptionists Is on silent !! with a red light flashing on the phone, but nobody there. 😮🤔. Now is it lack of staff or something else ? But I have to say the nurses & Doctors are first class , well, ! No there are amazing people I love this doctors , waiting times have gone done , and other things unfortanly just to have my say ,my opinion. 🇬🇧💯🙏

I couldn’t ask more from my doctor or the staff at Eye Health Centre.
I’ve always been treated with respect and speed when necessary.
Compared to another doctors surgery I deal with regularly, on behalf of a family member, I realise how brilliant Eye health centre is in comparison.
I have confidence in my doctor. No nonsense and straight to the point. Just what I need.
Very knowledgeable man.

The Eye Health Centre is as always fantastic from doorway to meet with GP and practice nurses.

The reception team are without exception, polite and really helpful whether on the phone or face to face.

The Dispensary team are hugely helpful, polite and a fun group.

Dr Partide proves an exceptional service whether its a phone appointment or face to face appointment.

Thank you one and all for your service throughout the pandemic and beyond.

This is a really nice health Centre, it's fairly quiet and we find it easy to get an appointment. The receptionists, nurses and GP's here are kind and helpful. The only thing that let's it down is some of the staff in the dispensary. I have had a couple of occasions where the dispensary staff have been rude and abrupt. I haven't done anything wrong except once I needed medication as I had run out, which did not go down well! They also take a very long time to serve or acknowledge you and you can sometimes wait 15 minutes just to collect a prescription ordered several days before. I am therefore now using Lloyds pharmacy to deliver my prescription so I don't have to deal with these people and spend what can be some time waiting for it.

I always get a very quick appointment for myself or my children Dr Ahmed is very friendly, caring and professional. I only have good things to say about my experience with this surgery. Dr Ahmed has been my doctor for over 6 years and I would recomend this surgery without hesitation.

Recently moved here from Essex had appt with Viqar Ahmed today and was more than pleased seen on time, pleasant professional manner unlike experiences Ive had in the past. highly recommend this practice waiting area clean and pharmacy on hand what more can you ask for

Dr Lewis is very patient with my husband who has had three strokes. He always has time for him unlike another doctor in the same practice. We appreciate his expertise and treatment very much.
