The whole process from start to finish was amazing! Hayley really went above and beyond even prior to me getting the treatment. I had to rearrange my appointment a few times and never once did she make me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer; she gave me relevant advice and made the rebooking process incredibly easy.
When it came to the actual treatment itself, she talked me through everything and made me feel so relaxed. It was honestly like chatting to someone I’d known for years! Would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Hayley for nearly 4 years and she is the best!!! She leaves my lips looking natural and keeps my cupids bow which is so important to me. I also have the biggest fear of needles and she always keeps me calm/ talks me through the whole procedure and gives me stress balls? the best in the game?
