I went for a Diabetic eye check with the AWESOME LAURA,she is really kind and a wonderful and Fantastic. She puts you at ease and is just so AWESOME. Thankyou so very much LAURA 💓 I am so grateful, also a shout out to the AWESOME RECEPTIONISTS on level 2 sorry I didn't get their names. My Visit was on the 1st of August 2024. I always go here for my Diabetic eye check as everyone is so Fantastic.

I have always had a good experience since joining the Elms Medical Practice! I would like to personally say that Nurse Erin Byrne really is such a joy to be around and keeps things professional but very light. She is also very informative and I appreciated the extra bit of information whilst I was at my appointment.

Just gone into register at Elms Medical centre. Spoke with a lovely woman receptionist, who gave me the paper registration forms, even showed me a table to write on. Pleasant and efficient, telling me to expect an email in due course. She also explained the booking appointment process. Really bright airy building. Can't fault it.

Fantastic place. Really looked after my daughter when we were worried about headaches. Diagnosed I believe correctly. Medication working properly and absolute god send she was struggling so much in day to day activities and because she was treated for migraines I have my fun happy girl back so much thank you.

Attended a high Blood pressure & Cholesterol work shop on the 3rd floor at the fountains health centre organised by the Elms who are on the 2nd floor. A very informative 30 minute session advising whats good and whats not diet wise plus other tips including exercise. Well presented, informative, entertaining and interesting course. Bravo the Elms. more courses like this would be a good idea for a healthy & well being lifestyle. Carl.

Brilliant visit to my GP at the Elms Chester to see a GP who I had not seen before having been treated over 50 years at the Elms. I saw him when I was at my worst not feeling very well he went through the examination chatting to me and finding out more about me. After the examination he sent a script to my local chemist and after finishing the consultation I shook his hand and thanked him for me able to walkout of the surgery feeling far better than when I walked.

Absolute joke of a service tried ringing on Monday says call list is full try again later, so when I did ring back no appointments available try ring in the morning next day. Ring on the morning get put as 31 in a que takes 59mins to get to number 1 in que to then be told there's no doctors currently in blacon clinic today !!!!! Unbelievable 😡

I have been trying to book an GP appointment for 4 months via their online system without success. No availability.

Only been able to see an emergency GP for 1 minute who messed up my referral.

This practice seems heavily oversubscribed.
